In 2010, Isaac was designated as the new face of advocacy for The International Holiday Black Music Month (June) by mentor and co-founder, Ms. Dyana Williams. Coined the "Godson” of Black Music Month, Isaac has honored over fifty honorees for their works and contribution to the music industry during his annual Black Music Month event titled, ”The Comeback.” “The Comeback” is produced in Philadelphia, Atlanta and Nashville.
After many years of showing his gratitude for the International Holiday, Isaac has earned recognition from The City of Philadelphia with multiple awards, Citations and a 2016 Proclamation from The City of Atlanta, marking June 18th as an official day for his Power Brunch hosted in Atlanta.
In 2018 Isaac was appointed as one of the youngest persons to become a board member of Philadelphia’s Legendary Uptown Theater. November 2020, Isaac was selected by mentor Dyana Williams to become a key member of the Music Industry Relations Collective for The National Museum of African American Music, a platform that chronicles black music from the 1600s to the present. Isaac joins the collective with the likes of Demmette Guidry, Co-founder Black American Music Association, Stephen Hill; Sr. television and programming executive, Don Jackson; Founder and CEO Stellar Awards, Dr. Rev Bobby Jones; Bobby Jones Gospel and others.
Isaac’s mission is to partner with future jump start companies to advance and equip them with the marketing strategy and tools to create a unique brand that captivates the public in the most successful way. With the branding industry constantly evolving, Isaac continues to be a rising force as he dedicates time to his own company and personal brand. Isaac authored two books entitled,” 5 Easy Steps to Building a Successful Brand” and "Changing Your Perception" both books are effective but simple guides that answers some of the most frequent questions asked to build a successful brand.
